What is the purity of your peptides and GLP-1 compounds?
+
Every batch is independently HPLC and mass-spec verified to ≥99% purity. Specific purity values are listed on each product page, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request for any lot.
Are these products for human consumption?
+
No. All compounds sold by Evergreen Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not approved for human or veterinary therapeutic use, and are not for diagnostic purposes.
How are orders shipped?
+
Orders are shipped cold-chain via insulated packaging with ice packs. Standard transit time within the continental US is 2–4 business days. Tracking is provided as soon as your order leaves the lab.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. Institutional purchase orders are accepted for verified university and research-facility accounts.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
+
Yes. COAs are available for every lot. Email support@evergreensupplements.com with your order number and lot number, and we'll send the corresponding HPLC and MS reports.
What is your return policy?
+
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of these compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-broken vials. If your shipment arrives damaged or fails purity verification, contact us within 7 days for a full replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
+
We currently ship within the United States only. International institutional orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly.
How should I store these compounds?
+
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days for best research results.
