Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Cold-chain shipping

All temperature-sensitive compounds ship in insulated packaging with refrigerated gel packs. Lyophilized peptides remain stable at ambient temperature for several days, but cold-chain handling preserves long-term integrity.

Transit times (US)

• Standard ground: 3–5 business days
• 2-day express: 2 business days
• Overnight: next business day

Tracking is emailed as soon as your shipment leaves the lab.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $200.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only. Institutional international requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly.

Returns

Due to the temperature- and contamination-sensitive nature of these compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-broken vials.

If your order arrives damaged, the cold-chain packaging has failed, or a vial fails purity verification, contact support@evergreensupplements.com within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.

Lost or stolen packages

All shipments are insured. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 5 business days and we'll file a claim and arrange a replacement.
